Troubleshooting.
Muse’s status is a dot and a word, in the sidebar and beside each check in setup.
Status words
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Ready | Muse is connected and waiting for your next message. | Nothing to do. |
| Idle | Muse stopped while nothing was running, to save battery. | Send a message; it starts Muse again. |
| Starting | Muse is starting up. | Wait a moment; it becomes Ready or says why not. |
| Unavailable | Thalia can’t reach Muse. | Open setup and check each step: the CLI is installed, you are signed in, and a host connects. |
| Untested | This Muse Code version hasn’t been tested with your Thalia. | It may still work. Hover the word for details, and update Thalia or Muse when an update is offered. |
Something didn’t start
An approved plan that can’t start, for example because the connection dropped or the folder moved, stays in the chat with Retry and Inspect. A restore won’t run while a turn is writing; wait for the turn to finish or stop it.
Make a diagnostics bundle
Choose Help › Report an Issue…. Thalia builds the bundle only when you ask, redacts known secrets by default, and shows you the contents before you save. It leaves your Mac only if you send it.

Email support@mabryventures.com with what you did, what you expected and what happened, and attach the bundle if you made one.
